4) Free/Paid E mail Service:
a) We are not responsible if any of our e mail members endorses spamming or phishing through the member's XTVWorld.Com mail box.
b) We are not responsible any messages or mails sent out by our members of this e mail service.
c) We can delete any member from this service whenever we deem it necessary.
d) We can withdraw this email service at any moment with out giving notice to the visitors or members of this service.

5) World Broadband Directory/ Radio Stations/ Video Feeds
We are not responsible for any streaming video and audio feed that can be accessed through the World Broadband Directory or through Cool Cube or any station featured by us. The services of those sections are maintained by sites with whom we are affiliates or are members with. Any copyright infringement or legal disputes should be taken up with the portal who are providing the service to different websites. We are also not responsible for any streaming video and audio feed that the stations are playing who have been featured in our portal or with whom we are affiliates with.
