| | How can I find out my campaign statistics?
We send "User Name" and "Password" to advertisers with which advertisers can Log-In to our Ad-Server and check Live Daily Campaign Statistics.
What is Geo-Targeting?
With Geo-Targeting you can target your banners to a specific country or a particular continent around the world as per your campaign requirement
What is Delivery Capping?
Creating a buffer time between two banner deliveries to the same user. (e.g... 4 Hours Delivery Cap means same banner will be delivered to same user only after 4 hours of the first delivery)
Do you take bulk orders from Advertising Agencies or Media Buyers?
Yes we do, for that please get in touch with our Publisher directly.
Can you serve HTML/DHTML and Java/Ajax/Flash ads?
Yes for CPM advertising we can serve them as long as we approve the scripts you want to use. For CPC campaigns we only accept .gif banners for accurate click tracking.
Can you serve banners from Third Party Ad-Servers like Online Advertising Agencies?
Yes for CPM campaigns you can give us the banner code form Third Party Ad-Servers like Online Advertising Agencies; Please remember is such cases your account will still be charged as per statistics of our Ad-Server only. For CPC campaigns we only accept .gif banners for accurate click tracking.
How long does it take to activate a campaign after paying and placing an order?
After your payment is processed and received and if we accept your campaign you will get an email from us within next 2 Business Days - which will contain your "User Name" and "Password" and other details. (Please mention your Paypal Order Confirmation Number incase you want to write to us in-between)
How will I know my campaign budget has been utilized?
Our Ad-Server will automatically send an email to you when your account campaign budget expires. You then again have to come here to book your advertisement.
Does all advertisers and all banners get approved for display in XTV Network sites?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any advertiser and any specific banner.
Can I advertise my Adult Content site or Gambling/Lottery/Betting site?
No we do not accept Adult Content site or Gambling/Lottery/Betting site advertisements.
Can you design banner advertisements for me?
Yes we can design banner ads for you, for that we charge $100 per banner. You have to send us the text and graphic files required for your banners.
What if I do not have a click landing page or a web site?
We can design a click landing page for you for a fee of $100 a page and host it in our server for a fee of $100 per year per page.
After purchasing an Advertisement Booking Plan can I cancel it?
Unfortunately after purchasing an Advertising Booking Plan from us you can not cancel it. For our advertisers benefit we do give them a grace of 2 days to make any combination changes they want to do under their Booking Plan like change of Target Zone/Target Country/Target Continent/Type of Banner. Credit Cards once charged or Checks/DDs once en-cashed will not be refunded (NON REFUNDABLE ORDER).
I want to buy 1 Booking Plan and want to campaign in 2 Zones or with 2 Banners.
Unfortunately you can not spread your single Booking Plan Budget over 2 Target Zones or Two Banner Types. You have to book a plan for each of the zones you want to target and for each of the type of banner you want use. So if your want to target both "e Tools" and "e Xone" with Leaderboard Banners - you need to buy 2 separate plans. Similarly if you want to place ads in both Leaderboard and Vertical Banner slots in "e Tools" then also you need to buy two booking plans. One Plan applies to One Zone OR One Site Run OR Whole XTV Network Run...FOR One Banner Type ONLY.
If you do not want focused campaigns in specific zones:
You can deliver your advertisement to all the sections in any website under XTV Network without targeting any specific zone using any available Site Run. You can also spread your banner in all XTV Network sites using XTV Network Run.
